Our Methodology

Proven Methodologies
The United States Armed Forces have long relied on two operational strategies—“SMEAC” and the "OODA Loop.” SMEAC is used to issue orders, solve problems, and create documentation. The OODA Loop is used to assess operations and make necessary changes. These borrowed strategies are embedded deep in our firm and are present in every client engagement.
SMEAC

OODA LOOP

SMEAC, which stands for Situation, Mission, Execution, Administration, and Logistics, and Command and Communications, is a military planning framework for developing clear and concise orders. It ensures that all essential aspects of a mission are considered and communicated effectively. The OODA Loop, or Observe, Orient, Decide, Act, is a decision-making cycle emphasizing rapid assessment and response to dynamic situations. It allows our team to quickly analyze information, make informed decisions, and take decisive action.
We deploy SMEAC for structured strategic planning and OODA for rapid crisis response—tailored to each client's mission, whether boardroom strategy or consequence management.
SMEAC ensures that all critical elements of a client matter are thoroughly assessed and addressed, while the OODA Loop enables swift decision-making and action in response to evolving circumstances. This combination of structured planning and agile response allows us to effectively navigate matters, maintain clear communication, and safeguard the interests of our clients."
